Project Manager
Responsibilities
– Manage site activities and sub-contractor to ensure compliance to quality standard
– Review contracts strategies for VOs and margin improvements
– Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
– Ensure all project-related invoices are updated and reported timely
– Good knowledge in project management methodology and cost controls to ensure the project is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standard
– Cost control
– Team player and able to work with all level of staffs
– Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers and delivered the project on the agreed quality standard
Requirements
– Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
– Minimum 5 years of project management experience in HVAC or Building Controls related industries
– Strong team player and has the ability to multi-task
– Good interpersonal and communication (both written & spoken) skills
– Preferably Engineers specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive, Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.

Project Engineer
Responsibilities
– Project planning, cost control, and execution, inclusive of commissioning and handover to the owner.
– Supervision of Assistant Engineer and/or Technician as assigned, and supervision of sub-contractors’ work at the site as required.
– Provide technical support to VARs.
– Other special works as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
– Plan work schedule for the project under his responsibility, in coordination with his supervisor.
– Coordinate and monitor work progress with customers and relevant parties for information to expedite installation.
– Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at the site.
– Schedule purchases and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner.
– Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications.
– Update projects progress regularly to the supervisor.
– Provide on-the-job training to the field staff, such as PC set-up, etc.
– System applications as per required specifications, database generation, preparation of graphic drawings, and commissioning.
– Propose HVAC controls strategy and assist sales personnel in system applications and presentations.
– Assume responsibility for the successful completion of the projects, and meet customer satisfaction.
– Identify and secure variation order.
– Cost control. Monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS.
– Ensure that all work completed is filed and invoiced.
– Follow-up on payment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers.
– Train customers and provide a first-year maintenance warranty schedule visit.
– Hand over project to customer and later to the service team.
– Perform regular quality audits for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.
Requirements
– Technical Degree/Diploma with a least 4 years of relevant experience
– English is essential;
– Excel, Word, Project, Window Applications, ACAD are required
– Good interpersonal skills in interacting with customers, consultants, and sub-contractors, etc.
– Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the works need to be done on time.
– Able to work with minimum supervision

– Experience as BMS Lead Programmer
– Experience with full-scale data center BMS system setup/configuration, commissioning and maintenance
– Experience with BMS SAT procedure, BMS IST procedure
– Experience with BMS Uptime audit and certification process
– Familiar with data center equipment/system integration
– Familiar with datacenter project execution schedule
– Has Tier Certification of Constructed Facility (TCCF) is preferred

Service Engineer
Responsibilities
– Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, overhaul, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repair and any other specialist service on the complete range of JCI and other manufactures Process and Industrial refrigeration equipment/ HVAC
– Carry out a comprehensive plant audit for Industrial and Process HVAC/ refrigeration systems and write a detailed report explaining the plant condition, observations, and recommendations
– Travel throughout the South East Asia and other regions shore and offshore as required by the business in order to service the customer base
– Carry our service work to the highest possible standard in line with JCI policy & procedures and industry-recognized best practices
– Ensure service work is completed safely and efficiently at all times with minimum call back and warranty expense
– Ensure service reports are completed fully and to a good standard on completion of each service order or in cases where the duration of the work is in excess of one week, service reports must be submitted on a weekly basis
– During your day to day work in the field, actively identify and promote new/additional services, parts, and products to our customers and feedback either verbally or via your service report of potential opportunities to the relevant person in the service office
– Supervise subcontractors working on behalf of JCI 9. Ensure that experience is passed on to the rest of the FLSP team through mentoring and training
– Maintain service vehicle and any other tools and/or equipment assigned to you in good condition
– Ensure the continued and sustainable growth of our maintenance base through customer relationship building with new and existing customers
– Ensure the highest standard of safety are maintained at any job site at all time including but not limited to JCI staff-
– Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior or management
Requirements
– Minimum has a Diploma degree in HVAC/ Refrigeration and/or relevant educational background
– Have at least 5 years and above experience in the HVACR industry
– Have knowledge of Industrial & Process Refrigeration products and systems knowledge, Screw, Centrifugal and Reciprocating compressor, PLC and microprocessor controls knowledge, ASHRAE standards, and SHE procedures
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
