PT Malvindo Harmoni Pratama sedang membutuhkan Sales Support Administrator untuk penempatan di Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. Lowongan kerja ini terbuka untuk umum. Perlu diperhatikan persyaratan untuk lowongan kerja ini. Berikut ini adalah persyaratan lowongan kerja PT Malvindo Harmoni Pratama.
1. Processing all invoices
2. Checking price and availability stock with supplier
3. preparing PO to suppliers, following up the PO to suppliers
4. preparing documents and paying all taxes for imported parts
5. Asking warehouse staff to check parts received from suppliers (local or overseas), preparing documents to pay for Agent fees, and checking emails from suppliers.
6. Preparing quotations to customers
7. Checking draft quotations, following up the quotations to customers
8. following up the delivery notes (Delivery Order) signing by customers,
9. preparing and selling reports, checking emails from customers, updating selling price list
10. receiving PO and inputting PO to software (accounting software)
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales or sales administrator
2. Very good in active and passive English (by attached English test result TOEC, TOEFL, etc)
3. Minimum 1-year experience in using software (accounting software) such as Accurate, Easy accounting, MYOB, Zahir, etc.
4. Able do demonstrate multitasking job, intense pressure & tight deadline
5. Has similar experience in trading or manufacturing industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Rp3,500,000 to Rp5,000,000 /month
